  216. If the \fIaboveThis\fR argument is omitted then the command raises
  217. \fIwindow\fR so that it is above all of its siblings in the stacking
  218. order (it will not be obscured by any siblings and will obscure
  219. any siblings that overlap it).
  220. If \fIaboveThis\fR is specified then it must be the path name of
  221. a window that is either a sibling of \fIwindow\fR or the descendant
  222. of a sibling of \fIwindow\fR.
  223. In this case the \fBraise\fR command will insert
  224. \fIwindow\fR into the stacking order just above \fIaboveThis\fR
  225. (or the ancestor of \fIaboveThis\fR that is a sibling of \fIwindow\fR);
  226. this could end up either raising or lowering \fIwindow\fR.
